The Problem: A beautiful retreat, held back by an outdated website

Before the redesign, Silver Springs Retreat’s website didn’t fully reflect the quality of the experience it offered. Despite the stunning location, elegant accommodations, and strong reputation, the site’s dated design and clunky navigation made it difficult for visitors to appreciate the retreat’s high-end offering. For a premium destination that regularly hosts executive teams and weddings, the online presence needed to better match the real-life experience.

My Approach:

The goal of the new website was twofold:

• Reflect the premium experience Silver Springs offers.
• Make it effortless for visitors to explore, connect, and book their stay.

I designed a clean, interface that balanced luxury and nature, using elegant typography, a calming colour palette, and beautiful imagery that showcased the property’s unique setting.

Navigation was restructured to guide different types of guests: corporate groups, families, and wedding parties, toward relevant content and clear next steps.

The new design now matches the standard of the retreat itself, modern, elegant, and memorable, giving potential guests a seamless introduction to what makes Silver Springs so special.
