A weak online presence was costing her clients

When she first contacted me, she was struggling to present her work professionally. At the time, she was using a Google Drive folder to manage her portfolio, which made it difficult for potential clients to get a true sense of the quality of her work.

Sophia's lack of a professional website made it difficult for prospects to fully trust her services. Potential clients struggled to find her, and without a cohesive online presence, she was missing out on opportunities to enhance her brand's visibility and attract new business.

“Without a good website, people won’t trust you.”

Building a website that converts

Her primary objective was to attract new clientele, specifically from sustainable businesses. Despite her best efforts with outreach, she knew that without a solid website, her hard work wasn’t paying off.

We started with a few conversations to get an understanding of her business needs, the design direction she envisioned, and the user journey she wanted for her website.

With a clear goal to position her services prominently in the sustainability market, we focused on establishing a strong visual identity. This involved selecting specific typographies and colours that aligned with her brand.

Sophia had a strong understanding of her sales funnel, which allowed us to design an intuitive site that guided users to submit inquiries through the contact form.

“I’ve always struggled with design. Ronald’s help with my visual identity was so important”

I developed Sophia's website with these key elements:

  • An intuitive user experience that guides visitors naturally towards filling out the contact form
  • A clear visual identity that aligns with her brand and resonates with her target audience
  • A content management system that allows Sophia to easily update her website and independently.

How a new website helped her stand out

After launching her new website, Sophia recorded a significant increase in inquiries via her contact form, many of which converted into clients.

She has also received numerous compliments on her new website, and it has become a key tool in her business’s success.
